Even with an upsetting football season, Kaden was a true and true Jayhawk fan! With little brother by his side as Baby Jay, they had a GREAT Trick-or-Treating evening.
We had AMAZING weather and started early since dad came home from work for about an hour to go around the neighborhood. Once that was done, dad headed back for practice and we continued our evening around town. Granny and Steph come every year to help pass out candy while we make our rounds, and they didn't miss it this year either!
We then headed to our daycare house. Mary Beth and Grandma Karen are the BEST and a favorite spot to hit up. We try to get as many friends to stop by at the same time to get our annual porch picture! We are missing a few, but still so cute!
We then went to Pioneer Ridge to see GG & Papa for our annual grandparents picts. This year we got to meet up with Jaris!!! Kaden reeped in the candy going around to all the elders in the home...he thought it was great...Brooks....not so much, kinda intimidated.
Then it was back home for a quick run around the other parts of the neighborhood we didn't get to. Kaden really wanted to do more trick-or-treating this year, it was fun and I was MORE than happy to assist my little jayhawks in the dark. What a great night we had.
(we did carve pumpkins at my moms a couple nights before, and I'll post picts when I get them from her camera!)
