Kaden's 1st Christmas Program

This past Sunday we had the pleasure of going to Kaden's preschool Christmas program in the afternoon. We are very blessed to have him going to Kid's First, a christian based preschool, and he enjoys it so much. He has come home recently with all the bible stories or lessons they are learning about Christmas and what it's really about. With the Sing-Along approaching, he had been practicing songs in the car, in the tub, at the dinner table, pretty much wherever....but very softly. I don't think he wants us to know that he can really sing!! He loves to sign though, and he's a QUICK learner.(He did tell people though that he has "only practiced twice!")

It was definitely a hoot to watch all the little 3 year olds up on stage in front of TONS of people and actually perform pretty well. There were "those kids" in the group, which made it even funnier! The two boys that were the loud ones, were a couple down from Kaden and he told me in the car ride home that, "there were some kids that liked to sing really LOUD mom!" Made me chuckle. They got to ring little jingle bells and shake some rattles for some songs, so he had fun.

In attendance were: Brett and I, Brooks, Granny, Aunt Steph, Aunt Amber, Uncle Brett and GG & Papa. It was a VERY cold and windy day, so it was extra special to have GG & Papa come out and they told me a few times that they LOVED it and wouldn't have missed it for the world! They are so cute and we are so lucky to still have them here to be a part of my kids daily lives. Thank you Lord.
It was a great event and I can't wait for more of them.
