"Oh My Gosh" for those that don't know "texting lingo"!
I am going back to school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crazy crazy crazy.
I start next Wednesday too, I am really in denial right now, but also really excited.
I am only taking ONE class per semester (one day a week at JCCC) otherwise I'd be to stressed out and not be able to still do what I want, so this will be fun and not stressful I don't/hope think so.
It's my first Interior design class, materials & resources...I think I'll learn some basics and go from there. This degree or certificate, not sure which way I want to go yet, will take me some time, but I'm in no hurry, so I'm very excited, just nervous on how to study and all that again! Yikes! Standing in lines and talking to counselors yesterday brought me back, WAY back, to those days and I felt like a little mother hen to all the kids running around there.
So wish me luck, I'll keep you posted!
Second note, I am/we are leaving tomorrow to go see my best friend in Houston and see her new little baby. Kaden and I are excited for our first plane ride together by ourselves. I've flown with him numerous times, but not by myself, so we'll see how this goes!! Yeah, I cant wait to see her and get my baby fix for a few days!
Talk to you all soon.

Congrats Kelly! That is such exciting news! Good luck with your first week of class and I can't wait to hear all about it! You are going to do great!
YAY!! How exciting!! When I talked to my advisor at the beginning of last semester I asked how long it would take me for a interior design degree...5 years..I'll stick with education! So just hire me after you get yours ok!
Congrats!!! You can come down and help us fix out the house that we want to buy! It is old and needs LOTS of TLC.
YOU'LL BE HERE TOMORROW!!!! I'M SO EXCITED
Congrats, Kelly--I'm so excited for you! :) You'll have to let me know when your class is--perhaps we'll run into each other! I, too, am excited and scared about this new chapter! I also found myself standing in line to pay for tuition and searching for my books at the JCCC bookstore this week, feeling as though it was all so surreal. All this, while Emma ran around like a wildwoman, quickly bringing me back to the moment. :)
It's an exciting journey we embark upon--it doesn't matter how long it takes or how challenging it may be, but that we're going after our dreams. To quote John Wayne, "Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway!" :)
Cool!! Im excited for you!! I start back on the 20th and its just my second semester, it will take me a really long time to so well be in it together :) Awesome!!
