New!

WE GET NEW CARPET, WE GET NEW CARPET....WE GET NEW BASEMENT CARPET!!! YEAH!!
The adjuster came today and we get all new basement carpet, a new door, seal and paint 3 doors, new door frame and with that, they'll have to paint it and the trim and moulding in the ENTIRE basement b/c it all flows together!! Yipee, thanks for insurance.
I'm going to now pick my basement paint color and get that done before all this work gets done so yeah, that'll get my butt in gear finally.
Can you tell I'm excited. Well obviously, anything with design change, I'm all about it!
